* Dimensions overall are 48″ x 30″ x 37″ H

* Table will be constructed with a flat top and will include a raised (1″) section of 24″ x 43.5″.

* All fabricated of 14ga type 304 stainless steel

* The raised section of the table top will be refrigerated to provide tempertures of -18 Degrees Celsius /- 2 Degrees

* The cold section of the table will have a recessed perimeter to catch fluids during defrosting and cleaning

* Fluids will be channeled to a 1″ NPT diameter drain tube

* Cold section of the table is refrigerated using a fully self-contained 1/4hp refrigeration condenser

* The system is charged with a CDC free refrigerant

* Table top is supported by (4) stainless steel legs fabricated of 1.5″ square tubing with 16ga wall thickness and polished to a 180 grit finish.

* Table aprons are fabricated of 18ga stainless steel type 304 with a #4 finish
