Installation Inspection Checklist

It is highly recommended that your new equipment be installed by our experienced and Mopec-certified installation team. In the event that Mopec will not be installing or present during the final connections of your equipment, the completion of ISO INS-030 is needed to register and activate your Warranty.

Once the necessary documentation is received and reviewed for approval, you will be notified in writing of your warranty coverage. Failure to submit INS-030 and documentation within 30 days from final install will require a field verification performed by Mopec at an additional fee.

Contact your Mopec Project Managers or Customer Service for a copy of INS-030 or with any questions during this process.
