Maestro Formalin Dispensing and Collection System – MB1043

Construction

• Designed to be used on Maestro and Maestro Encore grossing stations to dispense formalin from an internal dispensing tank, then collect formalin into a collection carboy
• Includes dispensing tap with flow control, formalin transfer pump, internal dispensing tank, formalin collection funnel, nylon hose, collection carboy with level sensor, and collection caddy with leak sensor

Performance

• Gravity-fed systems utilize a siphon hose and transfer pump to fill a reservoir tank located in the hood of the unit from facility-provided formalin supply container, then collect used formalin from the funnel in the sink into the carboy situated in the caddy
• Equipped with multiple sensors that turn off the pump when full, and alert user when carboy is full

NOTE: This option is different than the MB1037 Formalin Dispensing Tap, which must be used with an external formalin pumping station, such as the FP100
