Francis X. Dirksmeier, a distinguished executive, most recently served as an Executive Partner at the private equity firm Quad-C. Prior to this, he was the transformative CEO of Performance Health, a leading global manufacturer in the rehabilitation and sports medicine sector. Earlier in his career, Francis served as President of Henry Schein Animal Health, a $2B healthcare company. Co-founding Agility Healthcare Solutions, his leadership caught the attention of GE Healthcare, where he later played a pivotal role as General Manager of Global Asset Management post-acquisition. Francis also held a significant position as President of McKesson Medical-Surgical.

Wayne Oliver leverages an extensive 20-year career in senior executive roles spanning finance, business systems, information technology, and operations and administration. His prior engagements include serving as Vice President and CFO for a series of private equity-funded enterprises, such as Sharp Tooling Solutions, Creative Foam Corporation, the Crown Group, Meridian Lightweight Technologies, and Meridian Automotive Systems. With an in-depth understanding of operational leadership, business procedures, liquidity management, and private equity methodologies, Wayne excels in spearheading the vigorous execution of aggressive operating and market expansion strategies.

Lee Kramer has 25+ years of progressive experience leading teams at world-class organizations across multiple industries including healthcare, animal health, and the financial sectors. He has a successful record of managing domestic and global teams that have sold, implemented, and supported industry leading products and solutions into Fortune 500 enterprises. Prior to Mopec Group, Lee was the Head of Sales and Client Success for North America at VetCT. Earlier in his career, Lee served as the Vice President of Sales at Covetrus with responsibilities for $1.1B+ in annual revenue. In addition, Lee has served in commercial and professional services leadership roles at GE Healthcare, IBM Business Consulting Services, and Oracle Health (formerly Cerner).

Lorraine Marshall, a results-driven HR executive with over 20 years of experience leading human resources at global and domestic organizations, most recently served as a Global Senior Human Resource Director at DME. Prior to joining DME, she had over twenty years of automotive experience leading Human Resources, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement at Kautex, a Textron Corporation. Lorraine has a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business goals to drive transformation, improve efficiency, and elevate workforce engagement. With deep expertise in data analysis, change management, compliance, and talent development, Lorraine has partnered with executive teams to build forward-thinking HR policies, improve employee satisfaction, and lead cross-functional projects that enhance business performance.
