Chief Executive Officer
Francis X. Dirksmeier, a distinguished executive, most recently served as an Executive Partner at the private equity firm Quad-C. Prior to this, he was the transformative CEO of Performance Health, a leading global manufacturer in the rehabilitation and sports medicine sector. Earlier in his career, Francis served as President of Henry Schein Animal Health, a $2B healthcare company. Co-founding Agility Healthcare Solutions, his leadership caught the attention of GE Healthcare, where he later played a pivotal role as General Manager of Global Asset Management post-acquisition. Francis also held a significant position as President of McKesson Medical-Surgical.

Lorraine Marshall, a results-driven HR executive with over 20 years of experience leading human resources at global and domestic organizations, most recently served as a Global Senior Human Resource Director at DME. Prior to joining DME, she had over twenty years of automotive experience leading Human Resources, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement at Kautex, a Textron Corporation. Lorraine has a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business goals to drive transformation, improve efficiency, and elevate workforce engagement. With deep expertise in data analysis, change management, compliance, and talent development, Lorraine has partnered with executive teams to build forward-thinking HR policies, improve employee satisfaction, and lead cross-functional projects that enhance business performance.

Scott Nudelman is a skilled healthcare operations leader with more than 30 years of experience, bringing deep expertise in building scalable service programs and driving operational excellence across healthcare environments. He specializes in enhancing customer success through innovative process improvements, operational agility, and a strong commitment to quality outcomes. Prior to joining Mopec, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Security Officer at The InterMed Group, where he led the strategic direction of Imaging Services, Biomed Services, and Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at GE, including General Manager of Clinical Services.
