Mr. Troger has extensive background as a business leader and has developed and executed successful growth strategies in manufacturing and distribution businesses. Earlier in his career, Mr. Troger was a Partner at the leading strategy firm, Bain & Company. Mr. Troger was appointed to CEO of Mopec in 2016.

Kirk Gossett
Kirk GossettVice President of Sales
Mr. Gossett started his career as National Sales Manager in 2001 and was recently promoted to VP of Sales in 2016. Having ventured into the medical field as a pharmaceutical sales rep, he realized his passion for recruiting and mentoring sales organizations utilizing his contributions in marketing, project management and customer processes and how to support them from a technology and operations perspective.

Mr. McClain is a professional problem solver in the design and manufacture of electromechanical and biomedical equipment. Specialized in the development of patented critical technologies and products under tough regulatory regulations in microbiology, pharmaceutical and class I, II and III medical devices. Successful in the creation of new products utilizing lean manufacturing principles, and value engineered cost down initiatives on legacy product lines.

Donald Hirst
Donald HirstVice President of Consumable Products
New to Mopec in 2017, Mr. Hirst was brought in to help better the potential of the consumable products line. Prior to joining the team, he held C-level positions for over 20 years with a consumer products manufacturer. Don brings energy and vision to the goal of being the number one source for consumables in the anatomic pathology, mortuary and animal science markets.

Mr. Onaga started his career at Mopec in 2014 as the production scheduler and was promoted to Production Planning Manager in the fall of 2016. He is a graduate of the highly-acclaimed Supply Chain Management Program at Michigan State University and uses this as a foundation to apply modern supply chain management processes at Mopec.
