Unbuffered formalin and water are pumped into an upper formalin containment tank to mix, creating a 10% duffered mixture. Safety measures include over fill and leak detectors and elapsed time system.

The FP250 gravity fed, formalin dispensing system is designed to dispense buffered formalin (via gravity) from a formalin drum (provided by facility) to multiple grossing stations. Buffered formalin is pumped up to the holding/storage tank which is then dispensed via gravity.

Alarm system integrates your facilities control room with advanced formalin dispensing leak sensors, located along lengths of piping and at dispensing fixtures. Designed to alert facility managers to comprised systems during non-office hours.
